TERMS OF SERVICE

Any characters you don’t own the rights to, including: canon characters, fan characters based on copyrighted species, and other artists characters. (Exceptions can be made for trades)

Themes of religion or politics, no matter the position. (Religious symbols in a design like jewelry or markings will not be included or will be substituted for something else. Vague themes of religion, like demon characters, are fine.)

Any themes of social movements or real world protests. (Country flags can be included as long as it’s for the purpose of heritage or part of the characters story, I will not draw country flags/symbols for propaganda/protest art.)

Characters featuring trademarked/copyrighted symbols or clothing. (Exceptions can be made for trades)

Explicit sexual poses, themes, or expressions.

SH, top, and SRS scars (Personal boundary). No exceptions will be made.

I retain the copyright to any art produced during the commission process, such as: WIPS, sketches, watermarks, and of course the finished product. I will only ever use the commissioned art for advertisement and portfolio purposes, the commissioned art will never be sold to another customer or be put on merch. You also retain full rights to your characters featured, I only own what I produce.

I retain the rights to any art I create during the commission process, such as other works made around the same time. You are only entitled to the piece delivered to you, not my other projects or works commissioned by others.

I have the right to cancel, refuse, or refund a commission if I feel I cannot: meet a reasonable deadline, feel uncomfortable working with you, or feel that the commissioners vision is outside my skill level.

You are allowed to post the delivered art anywhere online as long as proper credit is given. (Posting the watermarked version counts as credit.

When posting the un-watermarked version credit must be given by tagging me or linking to one of my socials.)

You are allowed to print the delivered art onto physical goods as long as it is strictly for personal use and no profits are made. (Such as posters, stickers, shirts, keychains, etc.)

You are allowed to add the delivered art to your characters resale value and use it to advertise the sale of your character. (You MAY NOT inflate the value of the art when factoring it into the resale value. For example, if you commission me for $40, only add $40 to that characters value. You may decrease the value or not include the value at all.)
